Job Summary:

We are seeking Data Clerks to support an upcoming audit by reconciling and validating financial data. In this role, you will cross-reference information from client financial statements with entries in CRE (Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure accuracy and completeness. Key Responsibilities Compare and verify data between financial statements and CRE (Microsoft Dynamics) records Identify discrepancies, missing entries, or mismatched information and escalate for review Maintain clear documentation of findings and required corrections Support audit readiness by ensuring consistency across systems Follow established procedures while working with accuracy and a sense of urgency Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Proficiency with computer systems and repetitive verification tasks Ability to remain focused, organized, and productive in a fast-paced environment Professional written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in data entry, clerical support, audit assistance, or reconciliation Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (helpful but not required) Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (a plus) #MFT2 Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
