  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic administrative team.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems to ensure seamless office operations. Your proactive approach and computer skills will support efficient office management and enhance overall workflow. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your clerical and administrative expertise within a professional environment that values precision and customer service. Responsibilities Enter and update data into multiple platforms, including Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and specialized software such as QuickBooks. Manage filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring documents are organized and easily retrievable. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while providing exceptional customer support. Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and answering inquiries promptly. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before submission or filing. Perform data entry tasks related to billing, bookkeeping, and activities related to our business field, reception as needed, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Experience Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) ,etc. Experience handling customer service interactions via phone or in person is highly desirable. Bilingual skills are a plus for supporting diverse client needs. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in our industry field or bookkeeping is advantageous but not required.
