The ideal candidate is highly accurate, comfortable with repetitive detail-oriented work across many different websites, and handles sensitive information responsibly.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Create online accounts on utility provider portals (electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash) and link existing service accounts. Record account numbers, service addresses, provider details, and portal access information in the company's system of record. Store and use login credentials only through approved tools, following IT security and Treasury policies. Validate account data against internal records and identify and correct missing or mismatched information. Research and resolve account access issues, including locked accounts, verification steps, and missing account information. Communicate with utility providers and division staff to obtain account information needed to complete setup. Escalate unresolved access, provider, or data issues to the Treasury project lead. Track daily and weekly progress against account setup volume targets and report status to the project lead. Follow documented procedures and help update them when process gaps are identified. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. One or more years of experience in data entry, account setup, administrative support, or a related function. Experience working across multiple web portals or online systems. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required, including filters, lookups, and basic data cleanup.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to perform repetitive, detail-heavy tasks consistently and efficiently. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow documented procedures and security requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
