Document Prep, Scanning & Data Entry Clerks Location:

$16.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM or swing shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM / 3:00 PM-11:00 PM), including some Saturdays with a weekday off #remedyjobs A reputable company is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for Document Preparation, Scanning, and Data Entry roles. Candidates must work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy.

Requirements:

Pass background check, drug screen, and credit check High school diploma or GED Microsoft Office proficiency required Experience scanning using OPEX scanners Ability to lift 35-45 lb totes

Responsibilities:

Prepare documents by removing bindings, repairing pages, and inserting cover sheets Sort, classify, and count files for processing Scan records into electronic format with proper naming and image quality Enter and verify data, maintaining accurate records and databases Cross-check information to ensure accuracy
