As a Data Entry Processor, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role ensuring that our collectibles' information is entered accurately into the system, and items are packaged and shipped, as well as supporting every department within the organization (i.e., Comics, Coins, Sports Cards, TCGs, and Toys). Attention to detail, excellent typing skills and accuracy of data entry are essential. This full-time salaried position is on-site at our location in Panama City Beach, Florida. Remote work is not available. No travel required.
Key responsibilities:
Carefully enter data into our processing systems with accuracy and focus. Attention to detail, typing with speed and efficiency, and maintenance/updating of internal and external Excel-based tracking systems for inventory management, customer ordering, and tracking orders. Must be a team player, have proficiency in technology to fulfill orders, work with vendors and vendor systems, and manage customer-oriented details. Must be flexible and collaborative with team members across departments.

Education :
High school diploma or equivalent and you are teachable (i.e., willing to learn new things and quickly). Some college preferred.
