Job Description

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Data Entry Clerk opportunity at NDX Group Practice Solutions in Sarasota, FL . The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement! Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the
Position:
Enter sales orders into production database for all cases, print, QC and attach Call offices to clarify order entry, questions, due dates and rush cases Assist with answering incoming phone calls Assist with shipping and receiving department as needed Pack cases as needed Familiarize and backup Operation Manager's daily responsibilities (i.e. due date report, case scheduling, special shipping, incoming case confirmation, track packages, calling offices to reschedule as needed) All other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to complete assigned workload daily Ability to read and understand prescriptions and sales orders Willingness to assist other team members and perform other administrative duties as required Ability to train other employees as needed
Minimum Education and Experience Required:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent

Administrative experience
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
General office equipment
Physical Requirements:
