Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Scale Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will accurately weigh, record, and manage scrap metal purchases. Duties Operate scales to weigh incoming and outgoing scrap metal shipments Record weight data accurately into the scrap metal recycling software used by the company Ensure all the customer information required is accurately entered in the computer Requirements Basic math skills for weight calculations and data entry accuracy Strong attention to detail to ensure precise recording of weights and inventory data Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills for customer service English-Spanish Fluently is required
