Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Assistant to support our administrative team. Busy insurance agency seeking an administrative assistant to help licensed agents in office with answering phones, mail, data entry, scanning, filing, greeting customers, support in various office functions. Must have at least 2 years prior experience in an office with data entry and scanning. Office Hours M-F 9-3:30 (closed for lunch 1 hour). Part-Time Position 30 Hours a Week Position Does Not Offer Health Insurance Benefits Enter and update data into company databases, Manage order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval. Collect and verify data from multiple sources to ensure completeness and correctness. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data collection, and basic math calculations related to data processing. Assist with clerical duties including answering phones, office organization, document management, and record keeping. Qualifications Proven experience with data entry, office administration, or clerical work preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and familiarity with databases. Basic math skills for data verification and calculations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
