Data Entry

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to handle confidential information. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working with repetitive tasks while meeting deadlines.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update data into internal systems, spreadsheets, or databasesReview data for accuracy, completeness, and consistencyVerify and correct discrepancies in records or source documentsMaintain digital and/or paper filing systemsGenerate basic reports as neededFollow data security and confidentiality guidelinesSupport administrative teams with clerical tasks as assigned
