General Performance Responsibilities:

Supports Westwood School administration through student enrollment data entry, processing, maintenance, and verification of student records and schedules utilizing the district's software package.

Qualifications:

High school graduate; knowledge of and ability to use a computer and database management software; good communication skills (person-to-person, telephone, written); good filing and record-keeping skills; experience dealing with multiple tasks while offering excellent customer service; ability to work independently and cooperatively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual•English and Spanish•ability to speak, read, and write. Two years data entry experience.

Work Calendar:

205 days Open until filled: Review of applications and interviews will be scheduled as appropriate as applications are received and selection of a candidate may occur at any time. This position is posted for the 2026-2027 school year.
