Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Clinton, Maine. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing and organizing high volumes of data in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately review, filter, and input data into designated systems, ensuring all records are complete and correct.
  • Scan, organize, and upload legal documents and records into digital platforms, including Salesforce, for seamless accessibility.
  • Manage large volumes of files and data with precision, maintaining strict attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to sort, filter, and manipulate complex datasets efficiently.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with urgent tasks, such as processing time-sensitive documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Learn and navigate internal systems quickly to support various administrative and data management tasks.
  • Maintain the organization of physical and digital files to streamline workflow and accessibility.
  • Participate in onboarding processes, including training and system setup, to ensure smooth integration into the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, including restricted entry protocols and background checks.
