Full Job Description Overview:
The Data Entry Technician II is responsible for managing complex data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and organizational policies. The role provides technical support for the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, prepares reports to track health and safety initiatives, and conducts audits to ensure data integrity. Responsibilities:
Perform complex data entry and maintain accurate records within internal databases and the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and HIPAA requirements Prepare reports and maintain data to support tracking and analysis of organizational programs and initiatives Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EMR-related processes and assist with system updates and reporting Train and support team members on data entry procedures, systems, and compliance requirements Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure records are complete, accurate, and up to date
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required Associate's degree in a related field preferred
Experience:
Two years of data entry experience required Healthcare experience preferred License(s)/Certification(s): None
