• Part-time We are a local accounting, tax and bookkeeping office in need of a new team member! As a data entry clerk, you must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and be an independent, proactive worker. Professionalism is required as we deal with many clients through email, phone contact and walk ins. Some of your ongoing responsibilities for multiple clients will be:
• Printing daily sales reports for entry
• Entering and reconciling weekly reports
• Data Entry
• Answering Telephone and routing calls.
• Archiving Bookkeeping working papers.

Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop, Quickbooks Online, and Excel is a must as well as excellent computer skills. On occasion, you will be asked to take on projects. It is crucial to know how to prioritized and recognize when there is a need. We ask that you have the ability to be tidy and efficient. There are always opportunities to learn and grow, so someone who is teachable, could make advancements.
