DATA & CLIENT SUPPORT
CLERKOasis Women's Center Alton, Illinois Oasis Women's Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Data & Client Support Clerk to join our team serving survivors of domestic violence. Position Summary The Data & Client Support Clerk is responsible for entering and maintaining confidential client data, assisting with hotline coverage, and providing support to shelter operations as needed. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate records, quality services, and a welcoming environment for survivors. Essential Duties Enter and maintain client information in agency databases. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records. Answer and document hotline calls as assigned. Assist survivors with information, referrals, and basic support services. Support shelter operations and staff as needed. Complete data entry and reporting requirements in a timely manner. Maintain organized electronic and paper files. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong computer and data entry skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working in human services, social services, or a nonprofit setting preferred. Why Join Oasis? Pay:
Up to $52,080.00 per hour
