$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of data entry, customs brokerage, logistics, or administrative experience Stable work history with a polished and professional background Strong computer and document management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Duties Prepare timely and accurate entry declarations Open and maintain files as required Monitor entry releases and government agency releases, including FDA and PGA entries Scan, index, and maintain documents within the imaging system Ensure proper handling of entry documentation requirements Process accurate and timely billing and send invoices to clients as needed Coordinate turnover to dispatch when required Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate ideas to leadership Maintain accurate records and meet daily performance goals Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial. Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred. Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as a Data Entry Clerk. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
