Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and excellent computer skills will support our office operations and enhance overall productivity. This position offers an engaging environment where your clerical expertise and customer service skills will make a meaningful impact on our daily workflows. Responsibilities Enter and update data meticulously into spreadsheets, databases, and other digital platforms using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and specialized tools like QuickBooks. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently, providing exceptional customer support and client communication. Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records with precision, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with organizational standards. Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to optimize workflow. Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity while adhering to established formatting standards. Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette, and directing inquiries appropriately. Collaborate with team members on administrative projects to improve office efficiency and ensure timely completion of tasks. Experience Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with data entry tasks involving high volumes of information with speed and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and Outlook for communication and documentation purposes. Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Excellent typing skills combined with strong proofreading abilities to ensure error-free work. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity standards. Bilingual capabilities are desirable to support diverse client interactions; however, exceptional communication skills in English are essential. Pay:
