We're seeking a self-motivated Payment Processor to manage financial transactions independently. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and confident handling tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and post payments accurately across all systems. Monitor payment systems and correct errors independently. Answer calls, take messages, and process customer orders efficiently. Generate reports and track payment trends. Use software such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Adobe to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

1+ years of office or customer service experience. Strong math skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel preferred). Highly organized, self-disciplined, and able to meet deadlines independently. Must pass a skills assessment.

Part-time:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00

PM Pay:

$18/hr + bonus

Collaborative Trial Period:

First 30 days serve as a period for both employee and employer to confirm this role is a good fit.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
