Job Title:
Data Entry Associate - 10+ local openings! Excellent exposure for those interested in healthcare, compliance, or operations and in building experience in regulated environments. Gain direct enterprise system experience while supporting a leading organization through a document remediation as part of the Quality department. Job Description The Data Entry Associate supports the Quality department by digitizing, organizing, and uploading a backlog of critical quality documentation. This role focuses on ensuring that paper and electronic files are accurately entered into internal systems, properly organized, and maintained in compliance with regulatory standards. It is a high-volume, process-driven position suited for someone who thrives in a structured environment and understands the importance of data accuracy in regulated industries. The role offers exposure to enterprise systems and quality documentation processes, providing valuable experience for those interested in healthcare, compliance, or operations. Responsibilities Review, sort, and prepare paper and electronic quality documents for data entry and digital filing. Accurately upload and input documentation into multiple systems, including SAP, Salesforce, and Excel. Ensure all files are properly labeled, categorized, and stored to support easy retrieval and audit readiness. Validate data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency across systems. Maintain organized tracking logs and documentation inventories to monitor progress against backlog. Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or data integrity issues to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with Quality team members to support document control processes and project timelines. Support audit readiness and regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate, accessible documentation. Work efficiently in a high-volume, production-driven environment while maintaining strong accuracy and consistency. Essential Skills 1-3+ years of data entry, document processing, or administrative experience. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in high-volume, repetitive task environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formatting, and tracking. Comfort with learning and navigating ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Ability to follow structured processes and maintain organization across large datasets. Experience with data entry, quality assurance, Microsoft Office, document control, documentation management, and clerical tasks. Highly detail-oriented and process-driven working style. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while managing repetitive workloads. Reliability and consistency with a strong focus on meeting deadlines. Comfort working in a support-focused role, primarily behind the scenes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience supporting quality, compliance, or regulated environments such as medical device, healthcare, or manufacturing. Familiarity with document control or records management processes. Prior exposure to SAP or Salesforce systems. Experience digitizing and archiving large volumes of documentation. Interest in healthcare, compliance, or operations and in building experience in regulated environments. Desire to gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, and advanced Excel. Ability to demonstrate measurable productivity, accuracy, and consistency in fast-paced, production-driven settings. Work Environment This role is 100% onsite in a large corporate building within a large Quality department. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The environment is high volume and fast paced, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory requirements. The work centers on quality documentation, audit readiness, and document control within a highly regulated setting. The position offers a stable, structured environment with clear expectations and deliverables, as well as exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and advanced Excel. The work contributes to critical quality and compliance initiatives that support healthcare providers and patient safety standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Libertyville, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
