Job Description
Job Title Violation Review II Operator Reports to Violation Review Supervisor Classification Hourly Job Purpose To monitor, review, and make initial approval or rejection decisions of traffic images and videos for violations. Responsible for daily Supervisor Confirms, daily out-of-state license plate and owner information look-ups and entry. Duties and Responsibilities Monitors, reviews, and processes violations in accordance with established processes and procedures. Processes daily Supervisor Confirm file records through visual match of vehicle make and appropriate lane. Manually correct Owner names and addresses that are longer than 30 characters prior to confirmation. Assists in review and information lookup in LexisNexis of violation records with license plates that cannot be acquired through SOS or Nlets. Identifies and communicates areas for improved efficiencies. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is strongly preferred. 1-2 years of related data entry/processing experience and/or training.
