What You'll Do Mail Department duties include collecting, sorting, scanning, dispersing, filing Data Entry to company software systems Updating documents Performing data inquiries and searches Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and In-office. Bilingual Spanish preferred Excellent written English Skills Ability to type 55 + WPM Proficiency working on a computer Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, team environment is key Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail and ability to operate office equipment
