What You'll Do:
In this vital position, you will review, enter, validate, and maintain high-quality data related to Medical Device Reports (MDRs), regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation. Your attention to detail will help ensure accurate data entry, supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in data reconciliation, and help prepare documentation for FDA inspections-all while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Ability to follow structured processes and work with regulated data Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry systems Good organizational and time-management skills Capacity to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus Nice toHave Skills:
Prior experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support Familiarity with MDR processes, FDA regulations, or quality management systems Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or document management systemsPreferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred) Experience in data entry, administrative roles, or regulatory support is advantageous Previous work in regulated settings is a plus but not mandatoryOther Requirements:
Ability to work 40 hours per week with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Capability to pass a drug screening and background check Willingness to support project deadlines, with the key deadline being October 20th for data upload submission Ready to embark on a meaningful career journey?
