This role serves as the central point of coordination for incoming client samples, ensuring they are accurately logged, scheduled, and routed to the appropriate laboratory for analysis. It's an excellent entry-level opportunity within a scientific environment, with strong potential for advancement into departments such as Quality Assurance, Customer Service, or Sales.
Responsibilities:
Receive, log, and track incoming client samples. Coordinate sample scheduling and distribution across multiple laboratories. Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records. Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding sample status. Support daily lab operations and ensure projects stay on schedule. Follow company quality standards and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous lab experience (academic or industry) is preferred but not required.
