We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a wholesale distribution team in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. This Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling high-volume administrative tasks, organizing shipping records, and maintaining accurate digital files. The role will focus on entering and managing documentation that supports daily order fulfillment and customer recordkeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Organize bills of lading and attach them accurately within NetSuite to maintain complete shipment records.
• Download, save, and file purchase orders and packing slips in the appropriate electronic folders.
• Prepare and generate customer-specific labels for key accounts, including Dunham's and Academy.
• Update production schedules and keep customer tracking documents current with the latest order information.
• Maintain orderly digital documentation to support shipping, customer service, and operational workflows.
• Review entered information for accuracy and completeness to reduce filing and recordkeeping errors.
