Data Entry Clerk

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced, high-volume operations team. This role supports the processing of vehicle titles for online auto sales, managing a large daily volume with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Process approximately 4,000 vehicle titles daily Match titles with corresponding bills of sale Sort and organize documents alphabetically by dealer name Receive and input title information into internal systems Stamp, assign, and prepare titles for shipment Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable with alphabetizing and document handling Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems quickly Strong typing skills Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback Team-oriented while also capable of working independently Preferred (Not Required): Prior auto title or automotive industry experience Work Environment & Benefits On-site position (Carmel, IN) Standard business hours with optional overtime 1-hour lunch break + two 15-minute breaks Smart casual dress code (comfortable shoes recommended) No phone work required
