What Youll DoWork in a moderate quiet, focused office environment processing digital documentsAccurately enter and verify information into internal systems (data entry / KFI)Review and organize documents using clear guidelines and proceduresOperate scanning equipment to prepare documents for processingFollow established processes to ensure data is handled securelyMeet daily and monthly productivity and quality standardsWhat Youll BringMinimum of High school diploma or equivalentBasic computer skills and comfort using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)Ability to type accurately and work with documents and numbers (40+WPM minimum typing test will be administered)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsDependable, punctual, and comfortable working independentlyWillingness to learn and work in a structured environmentAbility to pass a background check and drug screenNo prior office experience required, however, candidates must demonstrate the ability to maintain professionalism, follow office standards, and work appropriately in a professional environment.
