We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team within the nonprofit organization management sector. Responsibilities Accurately enter and update client information and insurance data into database systems. Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before entry. Maintain and organize electronic and paper records according to company policies. Collaborate with insurance agents and other team members to ensure data accuracy. Generate and distribute reports as required to support operations and decision-making. Assist in identifying and correcting discrepancies or errors in data. Support the team by performing regular data audits and updates to maintain data integrity. Communicate effectively with internal staff regarding data-related issues or updates. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in the insurance or nonprofit sector. Proficient typing skills with high accuracy and speed. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with database systems and MS Office applications, especially Excel. Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Capability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
