This long-term contract position is fully on-site and focuses on accurately recording shipment information for incoming items to ensure they can be tracked and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong typing skills, and can maintain a high level of accuracy while handling repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Enter serial numbers, shipment details, and recipient information from incoming package labels into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Review packaging information carefully to confirm all required data is captured and recorded correctly upon receipt.
• Log incoming hearing aid shipments promptly so processing teams can verify delivery and continue workflow without delays.
• Compare label details against system entries to identify and correct errors before records are finalized.
• Organize and manage a steady volume of packages while maintaining consistent productivity throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly with team members regarding incomplete, unclear, or mismatched shipment information that requires follow-up.
• Follow established on-site procedures and data handling standards to support reliable package tracking and documentation.
