Job Description
Datt Entry Operator $20-23.80 per hour Boston MA 3 Month Contract We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Data Entry Clerk to provide front desk and administrative support in an onsite office environment. This role is highly focused on accuracy, productivity, professionalism, and dependable attendance. The successful candidate will interact with visitors, process mail, complete basic enrollment and I-9-related forms, perform high-volume data entry, and support general office and document management activities. This is an in-person position. Punctuality, professionalism, and consistent attendance are essential. Responsibilities Perform front desk duties and professionally greet and assist visitors. Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail. Complete basic enrollment and I-9-related forms accurately. Perform high-volume data entry, averaging 10,000+ keystrokes per hour . Enter and maintain information in computer databases and electronic systems. Create and process envelopes, labels, form letters, and correspondence. Format, prepare, print, copy, and organize documents. Manage electronic files, including printing, copying, transferring, organizing, and deleting files as appropriate. Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Review entered information and identify and correct errors. Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other standard office software. Operate basic office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, binding machines, and related equipment. Follow established procedures, instructions, and workflow requirements. Provide general administrative support to the office and team as needed. Qualifications Previous administrative, clerical, data entry, or front desk experience preferred. Strong typing and data entry skills with the ability to meet a minimum of 10,000+ keystrokes per hour . Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to identify and correct data entry errors. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy. Work Environment 100% onsite/in-person position. Consistent and reliable attendance is a critical requirement. Must arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. High-volume, deadline-driven administrative environment. Regular interaction with visitors, employees, and internal teams.
