•Onsite Position Summary The Senior Data Entry Operator will support the accurate and secure digitization of participant records. This role is responsible for preparing, scanning, indexing, entering, and quality-checking records to ensure complete and reliable electronic archiving. The position requires strong attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential health information, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare paper medical records for scanning and digital conversion. Scan, index, label, and organize electronic records according to established procedures. Enter and verify information accurately in designated databases and document management systems. Perform quality assurance reviews to identify missing, incomplete, misfiled, or improperly scanned documents. Correct data-entry and indexing errors as needed. Maintain the confidentiality, privacy, and security of sensitive health information. Follow applicable HIPAA requirements, departmental procedures, and records-management standards. Track work completed and communicate issues, discrepancies, or workflow concerns to the appropriate team member. Assist with document management, file organization, archiving, and other administrative activities as assigned. Maintain an organized and efficient work area. Perform other related duties as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in data entry, document scanning, records management, medical records, or administrative support preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Ability to learn and follow detailed procedures consistently. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Ability to lift and move boxes of records or files weighing up to 25 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with electronic document management or imaging systems. Familiarity with medical records, health information, or regulated documentation.
