Job Summary:
We are a well-established and highly regarded manufacturer located in Worcester, MA. We are currently seeking a detail-orientated and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of production processes and accurately entering data related to operations.Duties:
Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to deadlines. Monitor inventory levels. Work closely with production teams to prioritize tasks and address any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including tracking work orders, materials used, and production output. Perform data entry tasks to input production data into our systems accurately and efficiently. Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and quality control. Assist in maintaining an organized work environment in the production area. Assist with administrative tasks as required. Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently. Ensure data entry tasks are completed efficiently and error-free.Qualifications/ Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in production management or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with knowledge of production processes and scheduling. Strong computer skills and proficiency in data entry; experience with ERP systems or production software is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent employee benefits:
