Job Overview Veteran Design & Construction Inc. is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Baltimore, Maryland, United States . The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data within our company systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the integrity of our data, which supports our design and construction projects. We are looking for a reliable individual with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources, including invoices, project files, and client records, into our databases. Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, correcting any inconsistencies to ensure accuracy. Maintain and update existing database information on a regular basis. Organise and sort documents before data entry to ensure a systematic workflow. Generate reports, retrieve data, and perform data analysis as requested by management. Uphold data confidentiality and adhere to all data protection policies. Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required. Qualifications Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar administrative position. Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of MS Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Familiarity with the construction or design industry is advantageous but not essential. What We Offer A competitive hourly wage of $25.00 - $35.00 USD .
