Job Summary:
EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Data Entry Specialist 1 in Bethesda, MD. The Data Entry Specialist 1 major duties and responsibilities include generating tracking metrics and productivity reports for distribution. #egs#LI-JC1 Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain and operate in CMMS Provide customer support to clients who schedule service work orders Support dispatching and administering work orders to facility personnel (mechanics, engineers, etc.) Maintain current work order tracker and pull data from CMMS to organize important information Update equipment, machinery, structural and systems data into the CMMS Monitor/update work orders and PM Program database Track/file projects Other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications High school Diploma or Equivalent Minimum two years of experience in data base management/entry Proficient in data entry Meticulous and detailed oriented Great communication and customer service skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Team first mentality Physical Demands The requirements below are needed to effectively carry out job duties. Able to work in a fast paced environment Able to work a 40 hour work week.
