Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk / Operations Processor for an on-site opportunity in Portage, MI within the financial services industry. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone with strong data accuracy, solid organizational skills, and experience supporting administrative or operations workflows. In this role, you will help keep daily business processes moving by entering, reviewing, verifying, and updating important information in internal systems and spreadsheets. The work environment is team-focused, process-driven, and well-suited for candidates who value structure, accuracy, supportive collaboration, and the potential for long-term career growth through extension or possible conversion to a full-time role. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems, spreadsheets, and operational tracking tools.
  • Review, verify, and update information to ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with procedures.
  • Support daily administrative and operational workflows in a fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Prioritize incoming work to meet deadlines, service expectations, and team requirements.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records according to established guidelines.
  • Communicate with team members to resolve questions, discrepancies, or missing information. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Rate:
    $19.50 per hour.
  • Job Type:
    Temp-to-Hire.
  • Anticipated Duration:
    4 months, with expected extension or possible conversion to full-time employment.
  • Schedule:
    Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Work Arrangement:
    On-site.
