#LI-Skilled-01 Job Summary Located in a vibrant city known for its cultural diversity and economic opportunities, this role involves intensive and constant keying of information into a data system. The work is primarily seated but requires the physical handling of document cartons. Responsibilities Pull individual medical files from storage boxes and identify required data fields. Enter information into the database accurately with a high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 kph) and 100% accuracy, confirmed by 'double key' verification. Carry cartons weighing between 30-50 lbs for distances up to 20 feet at a frequency of one box every 5-7 minutes. Lift and lower cartons from/to the pallet and workstation, with lift heights ranging from 13" to 45". Qualifications Must maintain consistent high-frequency keystrokes with 100% accuracy. Ability to carry and lift cartons within the specified weight and frequency requirements. Protective footwear is required, meeting

standards, with a slip-resistant rating designated as "Better or Best". Attire must be presentable and appropriate for the working environment. Work Schedule Normal work schedule is 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Work is performed from a seated position 95% of the time, except when physically moving boxes.
