Summary:

We are currently seeking a Fulfillment Associate for a dynamic 12-month assignment in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This onsite role is ideal for professionals with strong customer service experience who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment. Under direct supervision, the Fulfillment Associate assists customers and vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution, while developing strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordings at all jurisdictional levels Assist customers and vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution Demonstrate and explain service offerings, processes, methodologies, and jurisdictional requirements to both customers and team members Train customers, team members, and/or vendors on all products, jurisdictional requirements, and company databases Make timely decisions to meet client needs and make recommendations for process improvements Support efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction goals Challenge and recommend enhancements to current procedures for greater team efficiency and customer satisfaction Prioritize incoming demands and multitask effectively in a high-energy environment Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.; overtime may be required

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an accredited institution OR a minimum of one year of customer service experience Experience in UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent data entry skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities Able to problem solve, adapt to multiple priorities, and work independently as well as collaboratively
