Job Summary:

Logisnext Americas is hiring a Data Entry Clerk Entry Level to support daily administrative and operational data processing activities. This position is responsible for entering updating and maintaining company records while assisting multiple departments with documentation and reporting tasks. Responsibilities:

Enter and update customer shipment and inventory information Maintain accurate digital and physical records Review documents for accuracy and completeness Process invoices reports and operational paperwork Support office staff with administrative tasks Organize files and maintain database records Assist with scheduling and internal communications Follow company procedures and confidentiality standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic typing and computer skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs is helpful Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently Good communication and organizational skills Previous office or data entry experience is a plus but not required
