Job Description
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Full-time, permanent Office-based This role is mainly about accuracy and consistency. We have information coming in from different parts of the business each day, and we need a Data Entry Clerk to make sure it is entered, checked, and kept up to date. The work is fairly structured, so it would suit someone who likes having a clear workload, is comfortable spending a good amount of time at a computer, and notices when something doesn't look right. Day to Day Enter information into company databases and spreadsheets Update existing customer and business records Check information against source documents Correct straightforward errors and duplicate records Process forms and internal paperwork Organize digital files and documents Run basic searches to locate missing information Flag incomplete or conflicting details Complete routine administrative tasks Keep sensitive information confidential Please apply with your current resume to be considered for the Data Entry Clerk position.
