Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position plays an essential role in maintaining accurate records, supporting daily office operations, and ensuring the integrity of company data. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within company systems and databases Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats Organize and maintain filing systems for efficient document retrieval Perform routine data audits and quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies Collect and compile data for reports and operational purposes Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage and analyze information Provide administrative support to office staff and management as needed Collaborate with team members to improve data entry and office processes Support dispatch operations by answering phones, taking orders, and assisting customers Qualifications & Skills Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and spreadsheet functions Strong attention to detail Basic administrative and mathematical skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience with data collection and record management preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team
