Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining precise records. Your contributions will support efficient office operations and enhance overall data accuracy. Duties Enter and update data into company databases using computer literacy and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Google Workspace. Verify the accuracy of data by proofreading entries and cross-referencing documents to minimize errors. Manage filing systems both electronically and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk responsibilities. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette to assist clients and team members effectively. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping. Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating strong customer service skills. Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs; fluency in additional languages is preferred. Experience with QuickBooks, medical or dental receptionist duties, or personal assistant roles is advantageous. Demonstrated attention to detail through proofreading and data verification processes.
