This role suits someone who works carefully, stays organized, and communicates clearly while handling confidential information. Duties Process order entry, collect and transcribe data, and maintain digital and paper files. Use spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office and productivity software to organize records and perform basic Excel data analysis. Check entries for completeness and accuracy, apply basic math, and resolve discrepancies by following established procedures.
