• at least 6 months | Start ASAP About the Role Our client is looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to help manage and review a high volume of invoices.

This role focuses on verifying invoice details, researching PO issues, and routing invoices for approval using automated tools and an accounting system. What You'll Do + Review and verify invoices processed through an OCR system (ImageTrust) + Check invoice details like vendor, PO, and company coding (multiple entities) + Research invoices that stop due to PO issues and troubleshoot discrepancies + Push accurate invoices through the accounting system (CMIC) + Apply distribution coding and route invoices to Project Accountants + Add notes/comments on invoices that need follow‑up Requirements What We're Looking For + Accounts Payable experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and comfort with research + Experience with PO‑based AP is a plus + Comfortable working in systems and following defined processes + Construction or project accounting experience helpful, but not required Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
