Accounts Payable Specialist

This role focuses on verifying invoice details, researching PO issues, and routing invoices for approval using automated tools and an accounting system.

What You'll DoReview and verify invoices processed through an OCR system (ImageTrust)Check invoice details like vendor, PO, and company coding (multiple entities)Research invoices that stop due to PO issues and troubleshoot discrepanciesPush accurate invoices through the accounting system (CMIC)Apply distribution coding and route invoices to Project AccountantsAdd notes/comments on invoices that need follow‑up
