Job Description

Role Summary The Process Data Collection Specialist supports critical GMP manufacturing operations by collecting, transcribing, and verifying process data from paper batch records. This role ensures data accuracy, documentation integrity, and compliance with GMP standards while working closely with Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and manufacturing teams. It is ideal for early‑career professionals seeking hands‑on experience in a regulated cleanroom environment and long‑term growth within Client. Key Responsibilities Collect, transcribe, and verify manufacturing process data from paper batch records. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GMP and documentation standards. Identify and resolve data discrepancies by coordinating with manufacturing and support teams. Independently manage assigned workload to meet strict timelines. Perform hands‑on work inside cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environments . Support a larger team of Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Data Process Specialists. Maintain strong documentation discipline and attention to detail. Execute repetitive, accuracy‑critical tasks under time pressure. Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a quality‑first mindset. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a laboratory science (Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.). Data science or computer science background not required. Experience Requirements 1-2 years of experience (early‑career candidates encouraged). Experience or exposure to GMP manufacturing, cleanroom work, or regulated environments is a plus. Experience with documentation, data entry, or accuracy‑critical tasks is beneficial. Must be comfortable working on feet for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Skills & Attributes High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline. Ability to work independently after training. Comfortable working in cleanroom environments. Strong reliability, accountability, and quality‑focused mindset. Interest in long‑term career growth within client.
Pay:
Up to $24.00 per hour
