Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support administrative operations for a contract assignment in Mt Laurel, New Jersey. This onsite role is well suited for someone who works accurately, manages routine office tasks efficiently, and is comfortable handling large volumes of information. The assignment is expected to last 1-2 months, with the potential for extension for a strong performer.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update information in internal systems with a high level of speed and accuracy.
- Review numeric and text-based records to identify and correct errors before submission.
- Maintain organized electronic files and ensure data is recorded in the proper format.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative support tasks that help keep office operations running smoothly.
- Verify information against source documents and follow established procedures for data handling.
- Prioritize assigned work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced onsite environment.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related office-based role.
- Strong typing skills with consistent accuracy when entering large volumes of data.
- Ability to work confidently with numeric data and detailed records.
- Basic computer proficiency, including comfort using office systems and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
- Availability to work onsite in Mt Laurel, New Jersey, Monday through Friday.
- Detail-oriented communication skills and a reliable, business-casual workplace presence.
