Job Description
Description To provide assistance with the day-to-day operations of caregiver scheduling of shifts in Alora and First Data system in compliance with the 21st Century Act. To ensure quality and safe delivery of home care services accordingly to State & Federal law. Responsibilities/Activities 1. Comply with all relevant federal, state and local laws, maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations. 2. Ensure Agency policies, procedures, industry standards and regulations are followed. 3. Comply with First Data AuthentiCare procedures. 4. Assure accurate confirmation of employee timeclock punches in First Data AuthentiCare & in Alora system. 5. Assure documentation of adjustments in First Data AuthentiCare and in Alora system. 6. Resolve all Critical Exceptions from First Data AuthentiCare system. 7. Review and work all reports pertinent to billing, payroll, Fist Data AuthentiCare & Alora. 8.Collaborate with professionals across departments within
