WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The Inventory Control and Data Entry Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting efficient manufacturing operations. This position helps maintain reliable inventory records by accurately processing transactions, conducting audits, and investigating discrepancies. Accurate inventory data is essential for effective production planning, purchasing decisions, warehouse management, and on-time customer shipments. By providing timely and precise data entry, the role helps prevent inventory errors that can lead to production delays, material shortages, excess inventory, and increased operating costs. The position also supports cross-functional teams, including Production, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, and Warehouse operations, by delivering accurate inventory information and reporting needed for day-to-day decision-making. Additionally, the Inventory Control and Data Entry Coordinator strengthens operational efficiency, inventory accountability, and compliance with company safety and quality standards, helping ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.

You may be a great fit if you have: Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems and data entry processes Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies Experience preparing and maintaining reports, records, and inventory documentation The ability to work effectively with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, and Warehouse teams A continuous improvement mindset and a desire to streamline processes and improve efficiency Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines If you enjoy working with data, supporting operational excellence, and helping ensure the right materials are available at the right time, we encourage you to apply for our Inventory Control and Data Entry Coordinator position.
