Data Entry AssociateJob Description We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities + Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. + Coordinate parts, vendors, contractors, and labor resources to maintain efficiency. + Maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and CMMS records. + Monitor maintenance cost control and asset management initiatives. + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and food safety standards. + Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide general maintenance support as needed. Essential Skills + Proficiency in data entry and administrative support. + Strong customer service and communication skills. + Experience with Microsoft Office and order entry. + Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or industrial maintenance. + Familiarity with CMMS and ERP systems, with Oracle experience preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Organizational and problem-solving skills. + Experience in manufacturing or food processing environments is preferred. Work Environment The role requires the ability to work in various environments including office, production, warehouse, and outdoor settings. The candidate must be capable of wearing the required PPE, and have the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Adequate vision to perform job duties safely is necessary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of East Syracuse, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
