Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately into various software systems, including spreadsheets and productivity tools Manage and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and client communication Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining phone etiquette Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace for document creation, data analysis, and correspondence Perform clerical duties such as filing, data verification, proofreading documents for accuracy, and supporting bookkeeping activities Skills Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and speed (typing skills essential) Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Effective communication skills for client interaction via phone or in person; bilingual abilities are advantageous Experience with office management tasks including calendar coordination and filing systems Knowledge of front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist duties is beneficial Demonstrated ability to handle phone communication professionally using multi-line phone systems and maintain proper phone etiquette Technical proficiency in office equipment such as scanners, printers, and fax machines; familiarity with office technology tools This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a well-organized office environment.
