This is a temporary position running now through the end of October.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Enter and manage customer orders accurately in our system
Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure correct scheduling and delivery instructions
Review orders before dispatch to catch any errors or missing information
Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to management when needed
Assist with general office duties as needed
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail — accuracy in order entry is essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency required
Prior office or customer service experience preferred
