W2 - Part-Time Own Vehicle and laptop Is mandatory About the RoleWe are hiring Data Collection Associates to support field-based data collection projects. This role involves visiting assigned locations, assisting participants, and capturing high-quality photo and video data in a structured environment. Key Responsibilities Travel to assigned sites to conduct data collection sessions Capture clear, high-quality photos and videos (including pets) as per project guidelines Greet and assist participants during sessions Collect consent forms and required participant information accurately Upload data to internal systems and maintain records Ensure all procedures are followed during sessions Handle and maintain company-provided devices (phones/tablets) Complete tasks within timelines with strong attention to detail

Schedule Monday-Friday:

5:00 PM - 9:00

PM Saturday-Sunday:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Willingness to travel locally to assigned locations Availability for evenings and weekends Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Comfortable using digital tools and data entry systems Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately Professional, reliable, and organized Preferred Background Hospitality, events, customer service, or similar people-facing roles What We Offer Consistent part-time hours Structured work environment Opportunity to work on innovative data collection projects
